By using the Service, you agree to these Terms, and consent to our collection, use and disclosure practices, and other activities as described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree and consent, discontinue use of the Service.

The Service contains materials and other items relating to Neua and its products and services. All right, title, and interest in and to the Service and the Content is the property of Neua or our licensors, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights and laws.

Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, Neua grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, personal, and non-transferable license to view and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

C. Restrictions

You may not use the Service unless you are at least eighteen (18) years old. You may not use the Service or Content for any political or commercial purpose, engage in any unlawful activity, or interfere with the proper operation of the Service.

Dispute Resolution

You and Neua agree that any dispute relating to your use of this website shall be submitted to small claims court or confidential, binding arbitration, and shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Washington.
